Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to our fault)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Bulk / corporate orders (unless defective)
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and logistics charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless it’s our error
