  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Note: Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected products and locations.
  • Casinoite reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

Casinoite is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • No refund will be issued in such cases

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
